AIREGIN takes its name from Nigeria, spelt backwards. It turns the places, people and everyday rhythms we know into the starting point for a shared virtual world.
The vision is simple: a place where players can make a living, form relationships, take on responsibilities and see their choices matter to the people around them.

AIREGIN is an independent game project founded by Tawfeeqoh Hamzat, a Nigerian developer and the creator behind iamtaw.
Our ambition is to create a mobile shared-world life simulation rooted in Nigerian culture, with room for players everywhere.
We’re at the early development stage, working towards a playable prototype. The first priority is a focused neighbourhood experience before expanding the wider world.

Can I play AIREGIN now?
Not yet. AIREGIN is in early development. There is no public playable build or confirmed launch date. This site introduces the project and its direction.
What platforms are planned?
Mobile is the initial focus. Supported devices, technical requirements and release platforms will be confirmed as the prototype develops.
Is this a recreation of Nigeria?
AIREGIN is a fictional world inspired by Nigerian life and culture. The intention is to create original places and stories, rather than a one-to-one recreation of real cities.
